An extremely efficient service at the Queen Victoria Hospital. Mr Ankur Khajuria put me at ease throughout my procedure. He explained what was going to happen thoroughly and discussed aftercare.

He was calm and reassuring during the procedure and took great care with explaining the aftercare and next steps in my treatment. So far so good.
If I had to pick something for improvement it might have been helpful to know as the surgery progressed roughly what the process was and why it was taking longer than expected (because of unexpected complexity).

Had a fracture in my metacarpal. Surgery was done perfectly, without any problem. He and all the team were really professional and caring. Gave a good experience in health care.
